Project: Slime Roller
Slime Roller is a physics-based puzzle platformer where you control an experimental slime desperate to break out of a high-tech research facility. The player must look at their your surroundings and use various power-ups scattered across the map to roll past obstacles and security.
Can you roll your way past the security measures and find the exit?
Controls:
WASD → Movement
Space → Use Ability
Featured Power-Ups:
- Goober:
The base form of the slime. A ball of goo made from a mysterious green material. Merge with surrounding materials to gain their power! - Chrome:
When the slime picks up chrome, they forgo their viscous form in favor of solid steel. It transforms into a heavy and touch sphere which is immune to damage from lasers! - Gravity:
When the slime picks up gravity, they become dense with energy that allows them to manipulate gravity. By increasing it's mass, it creates a powerful pull that drags nearby objects closer than before! - Shockwave:
When the slime absorbs energy from shockwaves, they become a light blue ball of lightning that slightly hovers above the ground. They can shock nearby security measures, disabling them for a a couple seconds! (Note: 1 time use!) - Shadow:
When the slime absorbs a shadow, they gain the ability to use one on a cooldown. Once used, the slime will be invisible and undetectable by patrolling enemies. The effect wears off after some time and may be used again once it comes off cooldown!
